Problem description:
The thermostat shows the heating should be on (T-MT and T-BT show a heating symbol; T-PL shows actual temperature is below the setpoint) but the heater is not heating up.
Diagnosis:
Please go through the following steps:
On the panel SMART-R receiver, check which LEDs you see and the suggested actions:
No LEDs are lit | There is no power to the panel. Check power is available and the power switch on the panel is on. If no LEDs light up, then raise a support ticket. |
Green LED is flashing. Red LED is not lit | The panel is waiting to pair with a controller. Please check our pairing article and see if this corrects the problem. If Green LED continues flashing after trying to pair, raise a support ticket. If you get a different LED status, then work through that step. |
Green LED is solid green. Red LED is not lit | The panel is paired with a controller, but heating is not on. If the thermostat says the heating should be on, then check the panel is in range of the controller. Try re-pairing using the pairing article. If problems persist, raise a support ticket. |
