Thermostats Group Management

It is possible within Smartlife to group the management of your thermostats together so you can cut down on individual settings (especially when it comes to entering heating programs). 

This can be achieved in two ways.

1) Smartlife Grouping

Go into the management of a particular thermostat and click the '3 Dots" top right of the thermostat control page. About half way down that page you will find an option "Create Group" which allows you to add other thermostats to the same group and run them all together.  Once created the group will also appear as a new control on the Home page.

2) Create a Scene

You can create automations in Smartlife called "Scenes". In this instance you would select "Scene" as an icon in the footer of your SmartLife home page. Click "+" to create a new scene. Select "Schedule" - in this instance create one schedule for each time of day you want your thermostats to run (e.g. 0630; 0900; 1800 and 2300) and select whether you want these to repeat daily, only once on a particular day etc (very flexible).

For each schedule create, you can select "Run the Device" which allows you to nominate each thermostat you want to respond to that schedule and define exactly how you want it to respond (e.g. Set temperature 21C; Set temperature 18C etc).

Once saved your scene will always then run to those times and with the devices you have added. If you add a new thermostat, just add it to that scene.
