T-JC1 thermostat floor sensor error
Hello, I am getting a floor sensor error on a new install of a T-JC1 thermostat. How do I resolve this?

Hello Jon,
Getting a floor sensor error would indicate that the JC-1 thermostat is in the wrong mode and searching for a temperature reading from a floor sensor.
To resolve this, you would just need to go into the Installer Settings of your JC1 thermostat, go to 'Sensor Application'. Here you simply just need to change the setting to ‘1. Room’
